Great utility box! Sturdy and what I expected. Not sure about the water tight seal, but it's not my intended use. As a designer, I believe the seal will do the job and keep the box afloat if it went overboard or dropped in the water from a water crossing. Hinges are good, lock hasp is ok and the latch is very good. Not as big as it sounds so you want to be careful of size.
