I was skeptical when I ordered these but thought they were worth a try. I AM SO HAPPY I ORDERED THEM! I don't know if it was the lavender or the foot detox but I slept better than I have in years! The patches stayed in place all night and I was astonished when I removed them! Do yourself a favor and get a box!It literally did nothing for me, and the adhesive was really hard, even after shower to get completely off my foot. I use essential oils so I was excited to try these, but for me I will not purchase again.
