I take a heck of a lot of meds & supplements, so I actually bought this to complement my HUGE weekly pill organizer. I actually take all of one day's meds out of my weekly orgagnizer and divide that day's meds into each of the 7 separate compartments in this round pill box to take at different times throughout the day and night. I also cannot take more than 2 pills at a time, so dividing up 1 days' worth of meds into 7 compartments comes in really handy for that reason. This is very high quality, not flimsy whatsoever. Other reviewers mentioned how the lid "clicks" in place at each section. This is accurate, but it's not such a hard click that would make it dificult to use. I have some dexterity issues and feel this is a great item for people like me with hand trouble (arthritis, numbness). Around the entire outside circumference of the box, it is deeply ridged so that 1) it does not slip or slide out of my hands and 2) it makes it very easy to turn the lid to rotate it without much trouble at all. If you're not a total spaz or maniac with your purse handling, I think this could go into your purse without the lid rotating open and it could definitely fit in a pocket and retain its contents. I actually just sized one of the individual 7 compartments and it holds 3 of those massive fish oil pills! It could probably hold 40 aspirin easily. Bottom line: Good quality. If you are looking for this type of box, this is a quality, ez to use pill box.
