Purchased for my 3year old birthday party. Super excited to see how the pictures turn out!This Halloween we stayed in and celebrated in the house. I decided to be Jackie Joyner-Kersee Barbie. I am a 3X and I fit into this but the key is to only use the brackets and pole for the top of the box over your head and only use one bracket that comes down to your chest. If you have wide hips like I do you won’t be able to get into it with all the poles and brackets because the costume would be too narrow. Also, I put cardboard at the top so my head would poke up and not allow it to sit flush. The costume material is that of a shower curtain essentially. Either way, if you know what you are doing you can work with this costume. I do feel it’s a bit overpriced for such cheap material but it worked for me in the end.This was such a fun costume and added another barrier against respiratory droplets during the COVID pandemic era. What's not to love? It was fairly easy to assemble and the shoulder straps on the inside were easy enough to adjust with some modification. The see-thru plastic was a bit wrinkly so it would be nice if there were some instructions about how to fix it. The cost was a little steep for the quality of the materials but this is standard for Halloween costumes. If you're not in a rush and are on the creative side, you could make this out of a cardboard box and just send it out for recycling the next day.I definitely repurposed this for a Barbie box photo booth for my daughter’s 4th birthday. It was a much cheaper route & it came out perfect.Although it took a bit longer than I thought it would to put the frame together, once I figured it out, it was perfect for my Halloween costume.Everyone loved the barbie box. I got compliments all night and won best costume!!This was perfect. Totally made my Halloween costume!Overall perfect for Barbie costume. The quality could be a little better for the price but it for the job done. I did have slight difficulty assembling it because I was afraid to tear the fabric.Will most likely be using it next Halloween.Literally such a great costume !
