I was cautious about buying any of the amaranth offerings on amazon.com because of the mixed reviews.I decided to try this popped amaranth, and I'm glad I did. The price per ounce is great - the bag it's shipped in is pretty large and will last quite awhile.The aroma from the original bag, and in the small plastic container I use from daily, is a pleasant toasty flavor. The amaranth is also tasty and light. It's all fresh and clean.I recommend this to anyone looking for quality popped amaranth. Great product
