They smell bad even after washing and they itch. I soaked them in ACV and washed them throughly. A lot of pieces were unusable. I wouldn’t purchase againVery good hair for the price. The color is a little lighter than what I expected but once I installed them , I loved it. The only reason I wouldnt give this hair a solid 5 stars is because one of the 6 packs had a issue with the loops. The loops were a little loose compared to the other packs. I just used that pack in the back of my head in case there was an issue. But it turned out great. Would definitely buy this hair again. There may be some concern about if this is enough hair. I would say it depends on your braid pattern and how big your head is. It was just enough hair for me.The color of the hair is great, however it seems alot heavier than any other crochet hair I've purchased. Would probably not purchase againContacting the company now to see how the issues below can be resolved. Very disappointed!First, there is only 22 strands per pack NOT 24 as advertised. Therefore, there were 12 strands missing from my order. I have another order coming tomorrow so I anticipate that will be missing 12 strands as well. I don’t have time to get more hair so I will have to deal with the missing total of 24 strands. That is essentially a whole pack I’ve been shorted so the company should refund me for the equivalent of one pack of hair. Will never order from this company again unless they somehow make this right!Also- the crochet loops are very inconsistent. Of the 6 packs of hair I received, One pack has very loose loops and braids. One other pack has super tight loops which will make it nearly impossible to crochet through! Just look at the pictures for comparison.Finally, the hair is NOT that soft and it was shipped folded over so there is indentation on the braids, but thankfully not super indented. I’m hoping the order I get tomorrow isn’t super indented either. Again, if I wasn’t so short on time, I would return this and get braids from a different company!Listen I bought two orders of this hair thinking that I would need it and I didn’t. I only used 3 1/2 packs well at least I have more if I feel like doing my hair again. I also love the length of this hair too. I’m 5’3 and it’s to my waist. I suggest washing it before you use the hair, there may be irritating preservatives in it. After I washed and conditioned it, it was luscious and soft! I thought six packs wasn’t enough but it was more than enough for my big head :).
