...diese Dokumentation ist sicherlich auch für Anfänger nicht schlecht, da auf einer DVD alle Grundtechniken und erweiterungen beschrieben werden und von sportlern in einer halle auch gezeigt werden. auch alle kombinationsmöglichkeiten der einzelnen techniken werden erläutert...die nachfolgende dvd zeigt etliche zusammenschnitte (teilweise von fernsehteams und teilweise von amateuren gefilmte) von trainingseinheiten, straßen"kämpfen", turnieren/wettkämpfen , tänzen und feierlichlkeiten ...alles davon ist sicherlich mal interessant zu sehen und erläutert zu bekommen. auch die hintergründe und entstehungsgeschichte sind sehr interessant kennenzulernen und praktisch umgesetzt zu sehen.alles in allem: als laie ganz gut,um mal in langsamen abfolgen zu sehen und zu verstehen , für fortgeschrittnere /bewanderte eher eine abfolge von zusammenschnitten mit dem wahrscheinlich häufigsten gedanken dahinter: "kenn ich schon." ..."kann ich auch" ..."stimmt." .... ;)haben es uns einfach durchweg angeschaut - mein partner bekam es als nikolausgeschenk ....reichte dann auch wieder ;)wurde aber umgehend geliefert,sieht hübsch aus im pappschuber und läuft flüssig .
