I've been using this box for small tools at work for 5 months now... and I must say, it's great! It gets thrown around in my plastic ammo box every day and no cracks or any signs of damage. The only thing is the one handle does come off from time to time but it snaps right back on no problem. And I open the box often so the mechanicism is pretty solid in my opinion for being all plastic. Highly recommend!I’m back here adding more to my cart. I bought these bc I had two larger pencil boxes overflowing with different types of pens and colored pencils and I wanted to separate the different brands and types. For example, I wanted my watercolor pencils separate from the regular colored pencils, gel pens separate from the others, etc. These are smaller but I knew that from reading previous reviews. In the second picture, to the left is my larger bulkier pencil box and the right is the one advertised here. They work absolutely perfectly for what I needed. They surprisingly hold way more than I thought, they are sturdy, and the lids snap on easily and securely. They stack so nicely I am now thinking of several other uses for them, so I’m buying more. These are great little organizing tools for a reasonable price. Check the measurements for what you need, and if it works, these are a great option for organizing way more than pens/pencils!I’ve been buying these for a year now at another local store but for some reason they stopped stocking them for months. I’m so happy I found these here in amazon. They’re the exact product I always used. They are sturdy, last long, and are great for organizing!The only tiny negative detail is that they wrote on one of them in black sharpie. If you clean it with alcohol it will be gone but you would still have a faint mark. But it’s barely noticeable!Nifty little box, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at these boxes.Pros:- Small Form-factor - they won't take up a lot of room and best part their stackable- Lid Closure - the lid comes completely off which I like personally there are 2 handles on the side that hold it down when closed- Capacity - hold my 50 colored pencils with ease- Portability - small enough to fit in your purse of bag to carry and not take up a lot of room. Really great if you need mutliples- Opacity of Plastic - it's not totally clear there is a frost to the box but it's clear enough to see whats inside, totally handyCons:- Capacity - I know it's a pro as well but I also wanted to hold my gel pens and the box just wasn't big enough for this. I have 40 slim gel pens but the case would only hold around 25 maybeI recommend this product but keep in mind what your trying to store. They are great from smallish things or pencils, pens not so much, but for the price I'm satisfied.I was looking for something that I would be able to organize my pens, makers and would fit my new Tombow Pens and markers. These worked out to be perfect. I like the heavy-duty clear plastic storage with the locking lids. I like the length as they do fit the long Tombow pens I have, I like the fact that they are clear and I can quickly view what is inside easily. I like the locking lids as I hat pop-off lids and everything goes everywhere. These lock love that. And these stack one on top of the other for easy storage solutions. I would recommend it to all. I will purchase in the future.It says the box is 4 inches wide. It is closer to 3.5 inches.Really useful little box! I was looking for a clear rectangular container with a lid to organize my manicure tools and I came across this box! The size is perfect and it’s actually see-through to see the contents within. Very aesthetically pleasing :) The lid snaps shut so I’m not worried about my things accidentally spilling out. However, I didn’t like how the box came without any packaging at all. There were minor scratches on the surface of my box and I was skeptical that I received a used one. Nonetheless, for the sturdiness that it offers and its low price, it’s great!I like the product but it was smaller than I expected this is good if you have a few items. You can fit 50 colored pencils but it’s not comfortable to navigate through meaning you have to empty it out when you want a color from the bottom . Other than that I do like it and I like the way it closes . I wish it was bigger but it’s cheap so it’s not a bad purchase .Convenient plastic trays. These are affordable and do the job. My place is overflowing with coloured pencils (my current obsession) and for those that come in cardboard boxes, these are a good alternative. Currently, I only have one and I am able to store all of my Staedtler Noris Club pencils (36 pencils) and there is some room to spare although I wish these were a bit bigger. These are stack-able and will definitely purchase more in the future.These are great. I use them for my kids' art supplies to help them keep organized. You can easily affix labels to them as well, which helps the kids know what markers go in which box.I'm also using one in my desk drawer to keep my pens from rolling around, and another one in a kitchen drawer to keep small kitchen supplies from getting lost in a full drawer. They have a lot of uses - I've bought probably 20 over the last year or so and keep finding new ways to make them useful.I got this to use as a travel case to store my makeup brushes, however it isn't sturdy and thick enough cause the first one arrived already damaged but Amazon quickly replaced it. I am now using this case to store small craft items and it's fine for that. I would recommend a different case if you are wanting a more durable and stronger case if that's what you're looking for.I had purchased this about a year ago. These are quite small and will hold a box of pencil crayons. I had problems with the lids staying on and when I purchased the price was 2.50 and now almost 10.00. It’s unfortunate it would change so drastically like thisPurchased as part of a Christmas gift for coloured pencils. I liked it so much that I almost kept it for myself. The recipient loved the idea of being able to see the colours easily and found it easy to open and close.
