Not being musically trained I cannot comment on the technicalities of the playing or the Conductor. However in my Opinion it sounds far better that the Karajan Digital set of the early eighties which sounds somewhat fraught and strained. A most enjoyable recording with good dynamics and stereo sound stage. No tape hiss evident either. I only paid £3 total secondhand so I consider it to be a total bargain and highly recommended.
