Buy this: the gear on your mini vapor is glued on, so you can't just change out the shaft. Get this and take out the shaft (and glurd on gear) and put it in your old gearbox, then install prop and your back flying in two minutes. They sell the shaft alone for the same price but since you can't get the old glued on gear off to reuse you can't really use it. Buy this and its easy to swap out what you need-and it's the same price as the shaft alone! I lucked out and was able to split the hub of my old prop, remove the broken tip of the old shaft and glue the prop halves back together with clear model glue and fly with it.-Happy skies to you,Mikr from Detroit
