It's not very heavy so it's tends to be a little bit wobbly on the "30 inch tall setting" but other than that I love it. Totally bought a 2nd oneN/AProper stability and easy to pick up and throwStrong ..has weight to it.. Very gdbought these for our gym, was shocked at how light weight they are. I have had boxes like this in the past and they were so heavy you need 2 people to carry them. The have held up well so far being used 2-4 hours in the gym a night. And not under 100 pound nothing folks.
