My two knocks against this grill. The fat that cooks off of the meat doesn't just "vaporize" as described. It always needs to go somewhere. I bought this thing under the impression that the fat would still need to be cleaned, so it wasn't a big deal. My other knock is that there isn't a top holding grill that goes across the top of the grill to put things in a holding spot. Aside from those two things, this is a great grill.
