This is my second purchase. I was looking for a vitamin that had the necessary nutrients for me as a woman. A friend had done some research and recommended Naturelo Multivitamins for women because this is what she was taking. This particular product works well for me, I noticed a difference after about two weeks on the product. I am gluten sensitive and this product doesn't have the fillers or gluten in it. I also like the fact that it has an organic fruit and vegetable blend, it's a capsule that you take once a day. I noticed that my nail growth was accelerated and with what I do, I have to clip them often now. I think it's because of the amount of biotin in the vitamin because my nails were brittle. The capsules aren't hard for me to swallow because they're not a hard capsule. I'd like to think that because the capsules are vegetable based cellulose, they will dissolve faster and my body will have access to the vitamins and nutrients in the capsule much faster that if they were the hard capsules which have a tendency to stick in my throat. I really like the product and I am now a confirmed repeat customer. Everybody's needs are different and this may not work for everyone but it does work for me.These are one of my favorite candies. They keep me from smoking. I thought the boxes would bigger, but I haven't been to the movies in a long time. They are smaller than I thought but they are packed full so I'm sure they are comparable. 6 boxes of 5 oz. The bags are only 10 oz so this works out much more economically. Very happy as they are fresh, arrived 2 days earlier than expected and I think the movie boxes are bigger but with more air. I think they hold the same amount of candy, as I stated these boxes are full of candy not extra room!! Will definitely buy again from this seller.
