The first thing is it's half the size that you think it is. Second of all is good. Some cheap line and really bad graphite poles if they are even graphite. It doesn't come with a tail. You can't fly this kite without a tail. Almost no kite in the world can fly without a tail.SucksFirst time out lost it in the trees. Never flew a box kite so that could be part of the problem. It was a little windy that day I guess compared to breezy. Well I let out some 600 feet of string the kite was just flying out of my hands. When it came to the end of the string it jerked the kite obviously going at a good clip but what happened next was not expected. The kite just snapped internally I supposed because it collapsed and a bunch of fabric (from my point of view was still flying) and I tried getting farther back from the tree line (needed another 10 yards) but the kite fell into the tree. Couldn't get it out. string broke kite in treeEase of putting this together was a plus. It flew really well as long as the wind was steady. When the wind was below 5mph it wouldn't stay up but that was to be expected since the labeling said you need 10mph wind. Nice kite for the money.Hard to get to fly and ribs broke when it crashed. But it looked great while it worked!Great product for the price.Fun to fly, but remember you have to have initial sustained wind at 7-10 mph.This kite is way too heavy. Poor lift, doesn't maintain proper attitude (keeps flipping upside down). I've flown plenty of kites, even made my own, including a winged box kite. I thought I would save time and buy this one already made. Assembly only requires inserting two spreaders, but they were a little hard to insert into the corner pockets. Tried to fly, but it would take a lot of wind to get it up. Because of its weight, it falls with a thud. Side spreaders poked through the material.Well made kite at a fair price. Good quality. It looks great. It assemblies easily. Lastly it flies well. I was hoping for more "pop" with colors, they are not a vivid as in the pics. I will give it 4.5 stars due to the color la being more bland than expected.I would buy it again! Revised!!!!Update: flew this today. Great kite for 10 minutes. Then gusts came up at the beach. The kite went into increasing diameter clockwise spins, I was lucky to recover it with my wife's help.Pretty in the sky, but I cannot recommend this kite. It is fundamentally unstable. I flew five other kites in this same morning and all were OK except this kite.Do not buy!!!! Waste of my money!!!Change: this kite does not have a tail connection point. I made one and flew it again at the beach. It is stable will a tail. My review stands because there is no tail connection and flying with out a tail, IMHO, is not safe. But if you buy the kite with the intent to fly it with a tail...then this is an OK kite.Unfortunately the wing tip pocket is sewnon backwards. Displayed in picture.Easy to assemble. Shipped very quickly after ordering. The only drawback was the line: It takes a bit of effort to get the kite to a nice gliding height, and without strong consistent wind you have to do a lot of touch and go adjustments to jeep it aloft.In my youth I made many a box kite, best type of kite.In my senior years I decided to get one the easy way. Good decision; quick, strong, colourful, not expensive. Good for me.Nice kite for the price. Goes up nicely, flies well. Fits in well with my other 14 kites.I can't say anything bad about this kite. It made a girl very happy for her first kite flying experience.Looks good, have not had a chance to use it yet
