UPDATE:The company, without me reaching out, saw the review, immediately reached out to apologize & offered a replacement or a refund. For convenience purposes only & because I made it work with adaptations, I accepted the refund. They gave me a full refund within a day. Given the superior level of customer service, I have to believe my piece may have been an accidental defect & I would definitely consider trying this company’s products again. They clearly believe in their product to have this high quality level of proactive response. Having a good product is always important, but outstanding customer service like this makes a company stand out. Thank you! You can definitely have confidence making purchases from them.From the video & photos it appeared easy to assemble and use. The box arrived damaged and ripped open. There were no instructions, parts were missing and it was far from easy to assemble. Following the instructions, it fell off our railing and we lost a plant. We had to use zip ties to secure it & couldn’t use the drain basins with our standard sized window boxes because it fit better without them. Had we not had company coming, I would’ve returned them. I gave them a 2 for the unique butterfly design, but I’m afraid to add dirt to plant items properly because they are so unstable.
