I love technology and have 7 tablets, 1 Fitbit, 3 or 4 small speakers, 3 bluetooth headsets, a cell phone, a Fitbit tracker and heaven only knows what else -- that's a lot of little devices that take up space but not as much aspace as the chargers and their large cables. I tried to organize everthing in the top two drawers of my half-height white file cabinets but I could not keep the cables from springing up at me every time I opened the drawer. These little boxes proved to be gems as if designed specially for that purpose. I now have 6 chargers and cables permanently mounted on a very innovative surge protector that I purchased at Amazon -- it has a little switch in front of each of the six electric plugs so that I only switch on a plug when I am ready to recharge a tablet or other device. Because of the number of devices I have and the kinds of cables they use in addition to charging cables -- audio cables of all kinds and lengths, I often have to retrieve a cable from the drawer. No shock now when I open that drawer because everything is neat and easy to find. I also use them to hold tacks, paper clips, pennies and other loose change, lead and erasers for my automatic pencils, These were designed, I think, for scrapbooking but they are perfect little boxes for a number of items.I bought this for 2, now its 6. Not worth the price!!!!! For 2 it is an ok box. Not for 6. It does fit the standard crayola crayons. And it is sturdy. My 5yr old uses this dailyI bought this box to store my thumb tacks in, as I had too many and they cluttered up the corner of my bulliten board. This fit all of them perfectly, with room to spare!perfect for holding a deck of cards, which is why i bought theseOne container came without one of the side clipsWondering if i can get one clip?Depending on what you're holding with this box, the size difference may or may not be a concern. There is a thick outer skeleton that makes the inner dimension smaller than the listed outer dimension of this box (each side is about .25 inches thick). It's big enough for crayons but I didn't buy this to hold crayons, haha.Don't get me wrong though - that thick outer structure will make this box last. This box is made of tough, flexible plastic that will not crack easily under stress. Remember - this is a crayon box made for small kids who are likely to drop or throw things and this box is more than up to the task. I bought two and they stack very nicely. Despite being a bit smaller than expected, I still think these boxes are worth the money.I bought two of these for my kids to put their crayons since the paper boxes the crayons come in invariably wears out; I was looking for something permanent to replace them; Crayola sells a tin box, but I could not find one for less than $7, these boxes were a little less at $4.40 ea. 24 Crayola crayons fit perfectly; there was a fragrant smell to the boxes when they arrived and I'm not really sure why, they are plastic and shouldn't really have much of a smell, however, the smell isn't unpleasant (think Mrs. Meyer's soap), so altogether I am happy with them.This box helped get my first grader organized while doing distance learning. The original package had fallen apart, so this was a great help.Does not fit crayons, maybe old/ used ones that our shorter can fit. Cute and sturdy container but a little short for crayonsThis box was very disappointing. It’s hard to find a box that holds crayons so I thought this would be perfect. Unfortunately the plastic clips do not close correctly to contain the crayons and the container is too short for it to fit which defeats the whole purpose of this. It’s stackable which is nice but doesn’t work for what it’s needed forI use these boxes to store my pastels as they're quite fragile.
