This plyometric box is excellent I use it as a stepping platform when using my Legends gravity ab crunch to get extra height I'm about 165 lb of pure muscle and it is able to hold me very well while stepping on it and stepping up I've had it for about 3 months nowVery sturdy already put together absolutely recommend 100% and I love I could order size’s separately as I would never use the other sizes !!Good product vs expensive alternatives. I would by this again. Looks so good.Clearly used. See pictures of dirt on the bottom. Also, while it was clean and in great condition the entire thing REEKED of cigarettes. (obviously from previous owner) I'm not sure how cigarette smell can attach to metal but the smell was strong.I ordered 2 of them and only one of them had dirt on the bottom and smelled of cigarettes.The other one was fine.I'm happy with the product but the not happy that they sell CLEARLY USED items as NEW.Who wants to buy a "new" product that smells like cigarettes?Okay I haven’t really used this for exercising but I know it’s sturdy and looks like it will last a long time. It can hold me for about 20 minutes standing on it. One morning there was a possum (or opossum) in my bedroom. My dog must’ve thought it was a toy bcoz she dragged it in from outside while I was sleeping. When I got up she let it go bcoz she was excited that I was awake. Well, I saw that sucker run across my bedroom. I thought it was a huge rat but when I went over to look at it (it was hiding under my dresser) it growled. I called my husband at work and he told me get out of the room, close the door and he’ll be home to take care of it. Well, he must’ve been with his coworkers bcoz he called me three minutes later and was like I need to try and grab it. Umm no. So that takes me to this product. When he gets home for 20 minutes he’s on the bed with a shovel and I’m on this stand with a broom. He’s trying to coax it to me so I can toss it outside. But we’re screaming bcoz we’re both afraid of it. He finally manned up and had to toss it out. But the stand held up really well. I weight 225 for reference.This is a well made, sturdy step. It's only one level with no adjustments, but if you are looking to do simple step workouts at a 12" height, this will do the trick.I see some poor reviews and maybe it’s bad luck?! My 18” came and I’m very happy with it. Super sturdy. Great addition to my home gym. I’ve turned several onto it already and I just bought the 12” too. Great product. Holds up well under fairly heavy weight. I am not nice to my weights, they pain me and I pain them. It’s mutual. Hah. But this is a great product IMO.The product is wobbly but still stable enough. But it smells horrible of stale smoke!Actually I was impressed ,I expected not that good quality but it came in a very good shape ,its sturdy, not too light not too heavy ,looks neat ,I can't wait to try it for exercise soonIt came wrapped with a bubble wrap ,card board ,in a box inside another box ,it took me time to unwrap it but I guess it meant to be to ensure its delivery in un damaged state . highly recommend it and I couldn't find a comparable price around me.This box is sturdy and grippy. The base is wider than the top so it’s very stable. Be aware that the box is pretty heavy though for whoever receives the delivery. We have used it for a few months now and it shows no sign of wear. It’s a great tool to add to a workout.Es bastante firme, el material es duro y resistente. Tiene unas gomitas en las patas para no rayar el piso y la parte de encima es de algún material tipo caucho que es antiderrapante por lo que es totalmente seguro subirse en él.It is ok, but the flat board you step on is not 100% secure. Had to turn it side ways to ensure I don't go thru the board when stepping up. It will do for what I need it for now.Good solid quality.
