This is a nice pencil box for use by elementary school children. It is a nice size ( unlike the pencil box I bought last year) and the contents of the box can be viewed through the lid. The lid snaps shut and the clasp seems quite sturdy. My daughter really likes the purple color and I like the price.I recently purchased a plastic pencil case at a big box store and I am much more impressed with the Romanoff box. Also, with Amazon Prime, I received the item within two days, even though the product description indicated the item could take an extra two days for processing.Most importantly, the pencil box is made in the USA!
