SURFACE USE - Ideal for any smooth or rough surface, including metal, wood, particle board/MDF, concrete, stone, terracotta, plastic / PVC, rubber, glass, and canvas. Also, marks on oily, wet, dirty, or rusty cold or hot surfaces -50 to 150˚F (-46 to 66˚C). It can take 12 to 24 hours to dry completely.

I have been using a similar paint sticks multiple times a week for outdoor usage in hot and cold climate for many years I was looking for alternative and came across these. If it's cold out they dont work and there no good!My advice is put them away till it gets warmer out or return them. I believe there are specs for temps ? The florescent colors are weak not to solid or smoith or consistent and I don't like them. The non florescent colors are better. Some are good some have issues as well but still work better then florescent colors in generalespecially in the heat. Again in the cold weather non of these products work at all. Complete waste of time and effort forget about it. Not sure if I purchased a old boxes but some colors worked a lot better then others even if the same color?Some seemed very old some fresh. They need to work on there formula and sell fresh products. I purchased these as a test run. I was trying to find an alternative for another brand I've used for years. Unfortunately this is not it. I'm not going to buys these again as I'm much happier with my current product. Hopefully this helps others in the future
