over 20 years , I’ve bought several micro plane graters. The teeth are topnotch. Easy to keep clean super sharp yet safe. But using and storing long and thin graders wasn’t always ideal. This little 3 inch cube solves all the problems you don’t have to grate into a bowl, all the cheese is caught in the cube itself. three different sizes in a compact and easy to store tool. Say your hands are wet from cooking or you suffer from arthritis, this cube is easy to hold and use. My only complaint is that it’s only 3 inches. They should consider making it 4 in, to allow for those times when you have to grate a lot of cheese – such as lasagna. Love it!
